SH series shredder is specially suitable for direct shredding of large-diameter pipes without pre cutting. Different rotor diameters are adopted, which can be applied to the tearing of pipes up to 1200mm. The long pipe can be treated separately, just put the pipe into the crushing chamber. The shredder is equipped with hydraulic system, and the pipe length is within 2-6m, which can be operated.

 

Working principle

The material enters the crushing chamber and the machine runs. Through the hydraulic system, the pipe will be pushed to the spindle end of the shredder, and the rotating moving knife will grasp the material, pass it through the fixed blade and start cutting.
